[Public Comment Review] review of NCSG response to on Protections for Certain Red Cross and Red Crescent Names in All Generic Top-Level Domains

I support these comments, and appreciate the drafters' work in the midst
of the holiday period.
It dismays me that we have to repeat the same warnings and concerns
every few years, but it remains critical.
