(Elections) general instructions /abstain and candidate

In this election all the candidates are running  uncontested. 4 candidates
are running for 4 positions.  This includes the NCSG chair position as well
as the three council seats. So you either vote for the candidate who is
running for the seat or you abstain.

NCSG chair position is obviously one seat available, Stephanie Perrin is
running for that seat, uncontested (or running against abstain)

For the three council positions, we have three positions: Rafik running
against abstain, Elsa running against abstain and Martin, running against
abstain.

You can Vote for all the  candidates.  Or vote for abstain on some or all.

For each position you either have the option of voting for abstain or the
candidate. You cannot vote for the candidate and abstain at the same time.
