New NCSG Members

Thank you everyone for your welcome! It is great to be a member!

I recently participated in the Panama meeting as a fellow, and I was
looking forward to engage with the community from within.

Some of you already know me, and for those who don't, I would like to say
that I am very excited to begin my participation and to collaborate withe
processes that are in course.

I will try to catch up as fast as I can in order to participate and become
an active member.

I have a global idea on the policies and topics that are being discussed,
but maybe Rafik, you could explain me more in detail!
