What to discuss with the CEO

I have feeling we can guess right now his answer as he wrote in this blog
post (https://www.icann.org/news/blog/budget-discussions-at-icann61) saying
that he will come back with paper about reviews and also mentioned the PDP
. I doubt there will be any new answer on this, as he also talked about
during Puerto rico meeting.
tbh I am wondering why we would ask the CEO on those matter. some workload
is self-inflected as we are still not doing a better "program management"
and prioritization, and functioning with "wishful thinking" management.
There are some work intiated by ICANN and board that can be reprioritized
and put less burden on us.
there is some irony as those issues have a feeling od deja-vu as they were
matter of discussion with Fadi and SO/AC leaders few years ago and there
was some attempt at that time....
