Civil Society Pre-IGF event

 I am a member of the organizing team for the civil society pre-IGF event
which will be held on 16 December 2017.

As Jeremy puts it "The organizing committee is now soliciting suggestions
for the meeting agenda and volunteers, using this survey:

Please fill in the survey by 18 September. Based on your comments, the
organizing team will come up with a broader theme if there are suggestions
to change the theme. you can also suggest sessions which you would like to
lead during the meeting.
