1. During the week of the WSIS in Geneva, the WTO was already actively
considering E Commerce and I remember thinking how even though this had
been listed as a policy area within the WGIG 2015 Report, that over the
years, there didn't seem to be a lot of synergies harnessed to lead to a
Best Practice Forum within the IGF processes;
2. Would people be interested in having a Best Practices Forum on these,
if so, let me know so that we can communicate it in our discussions within
the MAG;
3. The Caveat is that the Secretariat is pressed for Funds but in a
volunteer driven community, we could make headway.
