This thread attracted my attention as well and I thought I can give my 2
cents.

Listing a name as “a director” of a company incorporated in the UK does not
always mean the person is actually working for it.... it could be purely
there for practical purposes for the business.

I’m sure there is an explanation to this situation, but it is only
appropriate if the person concerned is to clarify it.
