Costerton Advisory Limited (Company Registration Number: *08168521)*
*2)It is a private Limited Company whose Registered Office Address is *2
Annandale Road, Guildford, Surrey, GU2 4LR
3) It was incorporated on 6 August 2012 and is active.
*4)The nature of the business is *

   - 70229 - Management consultancy activities other than financial
   management.
   -
      - 5)It has 2 Directors namely Sally Costerton and Richard Costerton.
      -
         - 6)Ms Costerton left Hill and Knowlten in 2011, having said that
         her Wiki profile does not include the Company and there's
probably good
         reason for the ommission to avoid people approaching her
inappropriately.

ensured that there is no conflict of interest with ICANN's Mission and

2) The fact that they are elected or appointed as Board members, makes it
reasonable to infer that Directors are comptetent in safeguarding ICANN's

Troubling, to say the least.
