GNSO NCPH Intersessional Meeting 2017 Travel Report

I forgot to add, the reason I have been following up is because, as recorded on page 33 of these minutes, we were told that the cost of this Intersessional in Iceland would be "relatively the same" compared with past Intersessionals, and that we'd have the figures in 3 or 4 weeks time. 4 weeks passed, no report was forthcoming, though it has now surfaced 8 months later and we can see the total spend was 25% greater than in 2016. Given the supposed rationale behind having the meeting in Iceland (a rationale that one of our members made, incidentally) was because it was supposedly an economical destination, I found this interesting.
