As a representative of the Coalition Rights in the Network (https://direitosnarede.org.br/), I invite the interested entities to participate in the WorkShop, which will have as its theme Proposals for the Review of the Internet Governance Structure in Brazil.

Our initiative is due to the process of Public Consultation initiated by the Ministry of Science, Technology, Innovation and Communications, which is now coordinated by CGI.br<http://CGI.br> in a process open on October 2, with deadline until November 19 of this year (https: / / /consulta.cgi.br/<http://consulta.cgi.br/>), to address the "Guidelines and recommendations for the improvement of the governance structure of the Internet in Brazil".

Our objective is to reflect collectively on the four axes of the consultation: Competence; Composition; Transparency and Participation, and Elections and Mandates, in order to enhance the quality and relevance of civil society contributions so as to contribute to the process of reviewing the governance structure of the Internet as democratic as possible.

The Workshop also aims to deepen discussions on the theme to encourage participation in the public hearing that will take place on November 17 this year, during the VII Internet Forum in Brazil, promoted by CGI.br<http://CGI.br> in Rio de Janeiro.



The Workshop will be held with the support of the Polis - Institute for Studies, Training and Assistance in Social Policies, on October 30, from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., at Rua Araújo 124, República - São Paulo - SP.
