[Call for Volunteers] ICANN Public Comments

Hi all,

this week, 2 public comments were put for consultation:

   - Draft PTI and IANA FY19 Operating Plans and Budgets (
   https://www.icann.org/public-comments/draft-pti-iana-fy19-2017-10-09-en)
   and the deadline for submission is the 26th Nov.
   - ICANN Reserve Fund – Public Comment on Rationale and Target Level (
   https://www.icann.org/public-comments/reserve-fund-2017-10-12-en)

I would like to call for volunteers here to work on drafting the comments.
please let me offlist know if you are interested. a group of volunteers can
work together on drafting.

the 2 public consultations are interesting since the community is supposed
to be more involved in budgeting and planning process. the comment on ICANN
reserve fund seems also related to the discussion on the cross-community
working group in auction proceeds.
