[Public Comment] - Draft PTI Operating Plan and Budget, and IANA Budget

hi all,

A new public comment just started about Draft PTI Operating Plan and Budget
(https://www.icann.org/public-comments/draft-pti-iana-fy19-2017-10-09-en

 ). I am asking here if anyone who want to volunteer to go through the
documents and drafting a comment for NCSG. We can as a group send questions
bu 16th October to as for some clarification.

There is also working session in Abud Dhabi about ICANN budget. It is a
topic we as a group need to get more involved and it is more important
since the changes made with ICANN accountability provisions.
