ICANN61 Still Slated for Puerto Rico

For those interested, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (the emergency response system in the US) maintains a status page for recovery from Hurricane Maria here:  https://www.fema.gov/hurricane-maria (you need to “expand all sections” to see the data.  As of today, 11.7% of Puerto Rico has electricity and 392 miles of 5,093 miles of road are open.  On the good news side, 56.8% now have potable water.  It will be a very long road back.

I do agree with you Michael, let's hope the recovery will be as quick as expected.

 

However, i am wondering on what grounds this will be determined, with regards to the recovery status.
