Hi Renata,

I am not sure that we can request this call take place on another date as, from what I understand, it has a cross-community focus rather than a GNSO-specific one. And there are usually 20+ staff on the call so, for better or for worse, I imagine the date is now set in stone. However we can submit questions in advance and they make recordings available very promptly after the live call ends.

For our newer members, I recommend participating in this call. It is a good opportunity to experiment with the Adobe Connect platform, there is no pressure or obligation to speak or ask questions if you do not want to, and you'll get a high-level overview of all of the different policy activities taking place across the community.
