Questions to the Board in ICANN60

ICANN meetings calendar remains a roller coaster of emotions.
When Puerto Rico got hit by hurricane there was great unrest in the
community that the meeting venue would be changed.
Can the board inform us if it is keeping an eye on maintaining coherence of
meeting calendar and how?
Moreover, can the board assure ICANN community members that their planning
of parallel events to mtg calendars won't be wasted on the whim of a change
of venue?
