NCSG RightsCon Proposal

Hi all,

Me and the executive director of Open Knowledge Finland have submitted an
application for ISOC funding (Beyond the Net) on creating a GDPR MOOC
during next year and in case we get funding for it, we will be submitting
an application on introducing it at RightsCon. Perhaps we'd have some
synergies here? ISOC will give their answer at the end of this month, which
will give us a little less than a week to submit a proposal in time for the
new RightsCon deadline of 4.12.2017.
