NCSG RightsCon Proposal

All,

We would like to propose a GDPR/WHOIS Panel for RightsCon.

This is the same proposal that was recently shared and shaped on the NCUC's
mailing list, but NCUC is considering sending a different proposal so it
would be good for  NCSG to take this workshop forward. The proposal
description and potential speakers are almost done. Please comment on it
until the end of the week, and then we will submit it to RightsCon.

If you have expertise in GDPR and WHOIS and would like to contribute to the
proposal or will already be attending RightsCon please let me know so that
we can cooperate on the organization of the workshop.
