  1. I personally do not agree with the recommendations and would like to see at least a table breaking down the relevant rations to allow for proper trend analysis.
You need to tell us a) what you don’t agree with and b) why. Otherwise this I not helpful.

  1. Secondly, previous financial audits would be available to assess whether constituency goals within the broader strategic development plans and budgets should be assessed on clear deliverables on sanctioned initiatives within the broader ICANN Framework.
Are you volunteering to review these audits? Or are you asking someone else to do a ton of work and we are all supposed to sit on our hands until someone does it?

  1.  Once we see the last 4 years ratios and also assess the growth of external actions against ICANN, we can easily project and forecast percentage of risks to ICANN;
Again, it seems to me that you are volunteering to go over 4 years of financial reports for us. I appreciate your willingness to work, but comment periods have deadlines. Will you get this work done for us on time? Also, I do not know what you mean by “external actions against ICANN” and I do not think that forecasting risks will be “easy”

  1. I caution against making recommendations without the presence of financial analysis (trend analysis) and that this should be put to the community before we offer an input into specific recommendations.
Again, are you volunteering to do this analysis? If you are not, your objection to the report lacks any meaning.

  1. At the moment, the Statement is an opinion (which might very well be shared amongst others) but one that is void of financial analysis and risk management (aside from the comment on to increase the "suggested 17 months target level" to the 24 months.
This is what public comments are: the opinions of stakeholder groups asked to comment. I think it is perfectly reasonable to call for a longer time frame (2 years instead of ½) and I don’t think you need highly detailed and sophisticated financial analysis to hold an opinion that ICANN’s revenues are not growing (their own finance director says so) and that industry fees may decline (industry actors say so).
