Board Member Integrity Screening

Thanks Ayden….it is clear and if you loo at the ASO/AC for example they do not go through nomcom but anyone applying for a board for their two seats 9 & 10. They carry out a Due Diligence before making the slate for elections so in a way some already do that. But i agree the nomcom has a responsibility to do so and also try to ensure that the people also going for the board to be able to show as well when they have conflicts of interest clear as well.
