hi all,

you may recall that a few weeks ago we discussed a NCSG comment regarding
fundamental bylaws change
https://www.icann.org/public-comments/bylaws-bgc-2017-03-31-en. you can
find below some update about it with board approval of the modification and
the notification to the Empowered Community Administration.
I assume that will be one of the first ECA action?

modification to a Fundamental Bylaw.   (Board approval link isn’t clickable

These changes are subject to review and approval by the Empowered Community
Administration, which is scheduled to begin at ICANN59 in Johannesburg.
