Draft Framework of Interpretation for Human Rights / Call for volunteers

Hi all,

the WS2 subgroup on Human Rights issued a draft document for public
comments with regard to the framework of interpretation for  Human Rights (
https://www.icann.org/public-comments/foi-hr-2017-05-05-en).

I am sharing this to call for volunteers to lead the drafting of NCSG
response to the public comments. We have several members involved in that
subgroup including Niels as co-rapporteur, Tatiana, Avri and others. please
let me know if you want to volunteer for the drafting. I just created a
