Just for the record, I do not agree with any of the comments in your draft.
If the board is going to restructure its accountability arrangements, it needs to get approval from the community, full stop. It's unfortunate that what appears to be a logical change has such a burden, but that's the way it is.
The idea that you and AFNIC advance is designed to bypass this requirement, which I consider to be a risky precedent to set. Please reconsider your comments; are the risks caused by bypassing the fundamental bylaw amendment process the very first time it is required worth the minor inconvenience?
