Hi Rafik,

Thanks for the information.

Regarding the attached survey, at first glance, it already seems too
general. I recommend the committee breaks down each of the questions into
more measurable questions instead of leaving it open ended as it is (I
don't think the answers will be as robust as they need to be, some may
exclude certain dimensions, and it will be harder to analyze the data.
