Maybe I am out of order in saying this (I have no affiliation with NASIG), but I would fill in the form, Lucas, even if you are not from the region. Their course is brand new; I am reasonably sure they would find it useful to receive input from people who have participated in similar programmes in other parts of the world so they can learn from these best practices.
