Avri,

Thank you for your feedback on the public comment, which as you are aware is still being edited. Of the 40 revisions you requested yesterday, 37 were accepted unchallenged. And, as we speak, I understand Stephanie is working hard to revise paragraph #21 so that it will hopefully be something we are all somewhat comfortable with. Anyway, thanks for reading the comment so closely and sharing your perspective.
