Thanks Rafik, this is an excellent idea. I would like to suggest the creation of another mailing list for conversations around the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Now that ICANN has formed a small task force on GDPR compliance, such a mailing list would aid us in formulating positions which represent the interests of non-commercial Internet users.
