Rafik: @Farzaneh I think canses of string like .book managed by a sole registry and not open to others

Farzaneh Badii: we probably have to give Avri 90 minutes to explain this

Farzaneh Badii: but this is a very important issue and has global implications

Stephanie Perrin: I have lost track on that one, am on the mailing list but have heard nothing in recent months (global PI)

Bruna Santos: this questionnaire was huge and a great start to understanding the topics

Rafik: the new gTLD program was enough conplicated and detailled, the applicant guidebook around 400 pages

Anriette Esterhuysen: You should put this question about registries to the team that we did the Africa DNS study with.

Anriette Esterhuysen: When you are in Johannesburg at the NCUC outreach event. We will present the study there.

Farzaneh Badii: that's a good idea Anriette

Anriette Esterhuysen: The state of DNS in Africa was not encouraging.

Anriette Esterhuysen: But there are many reasons for this. ICANN a part, but not the primary part.

Farzaneh Badii: we also put them on NCUC website
