nominations for Nomcom rep are open

As Stephanie says - this is an NCUC position, not an NCSG one. And yes, we have a strong need to fight for more non-commercial representation  (CSG gets total of 4 to NCSG total of 1!). 

Essentially this is for historical reasons - the GNSO was adjusted to increase non-commercial representation years ago, but NomCom was not adjusted to match at the time. But we’ve complained about the issue multiple times since then, to no avail. 

NCSG leadership has taken this request to the board in the past, and we need to strongly complain about the problem. There is a NomCom review process going on, we need to make this an issue. 

I think this historic injustice is one that all of NCSG should be united behind.
