Another NCPH meeting next year?

Hi Farzaneh,

While NCPH Intersessionals until now has indeed been financed by
Special Budget Requests (I did it last time), it is not the case
anymore: starting this year (FY17) it has been taken into the annual
Policy Team core budget. No new requests need to be made for it.
