[Article] ICANN, with $143 million budget, running out of cash

If we want to support ICANNwiki, some bottom-up comments from the community
would certainly help them. I think NPOC could update and embed our
ICANNwiki page on our website too. I agree with Ayden and Kevin that there
are much larger budget items to diminish, like the consultation and the
fellowship program for example.
