¡This is a competition, make no mistake! I know Niels had the best of intentions but I didn’t expand my answer because I wasn’t able to find a comfortable way to do it, so I concur with Tatiana’s feeling of uncertainty on what and how to answer. Some help defining the question will bring more and more rich answers. To Niels and all ¿what are your concerns when you vote for a GNSO Council candidate?
In my case I base my voting of candidates base on both the person and the context. I want someone I can trust and I know is capable of doing the job, but I also one that someone to be relevant to the context, that he has a role in what I believe is a good strategy to defend my interest.
Cheers,
Martín

Does having a PHD and years of experience in policy and law making makes and me different? Being a woman? My background of working in 4 countries? What am I comparing with what and in which context?

Do you really want candidate A to say he/she can stay connected online than candidate B or that A has a masters degree which B doesn't have, ah perhaps you want A to say he/she can speak multiple languages than B.

Please don't put the candidates in such cross paths, this isn't govt politics/election! More importantly is that there has to be a community beyond election don't break it.
