Hi Raoul

Thank you for the questiond. Ibelieve that priorities should be set by
consulting with the NCSG members and its constituencies. My opinion is that
with so many important issues being disussed at ICANN this year such as
GDPR and privacy, Geographical names and new gtld procedure, jurisdictional
issues to name a few, our number one priority would be to help both
constituencies and NCSG members to achieve their policy goals. I have
explained in another thread my plans on how to achieve that. We need to
work on reporting back to NCSG regarding GNSO council issues and other
Ncsg leaders work in various groups. Working with the NCSG policy committee
, we should more regularly tell the members what public comments are of
importantance and what is going on in various policy groups . As I
explained I want to facilitate the flow of information in a way that can be
easily accessible for the members and they be able to focus on the issues
they are most interested in. With the implementation of policy practicum
program, we can bring about more rigour and strategy to NCSG work and
enable members to better get engaged.
I also think we can use ICANN comms services for arranging various
informational policy materials so if elected I will work with them to
streamline ncsg policy efforts.

Here's a few questions for both of the NCSG chair candidates:

What are the priorities of NCSG to progress for the coming year? How are
you going to help in facilitating that progress? Any new ideas?
