David Cake nomination for NCSG Chair

Now that Avri has declined the honor, I'll have to chime in to support
David Cake for the NCSG chair.

Not only is Dave the most experienced candidate, but I trust him to do a
good job for his very strong background at the helm of the Electronic
Frontiers Australia, which is the biggest NGO fighting for the digital
rights of Australians. On top of that, he also happens to be a patient and
a generous person, who doesn't shy from sharing his expertise with others
at any given time. I would really look forward to working with him and I
know NPOC would be treated fairly under his leadership.
