Report from the GNSO Council meeting 13 of July 2017

Hi Mamadou,

I sent that as reference that can be consulted anytime. I am taking  the
opportunity to remind that we have the monthly NCSG call where we give
updates about GNSO council activities and the next one should be in tuesday
22 August.

You can also find the schedule of all GNSO working group calls there too.
