Dear all

Updating you on the result of this event about internet in Venezuela

Indeed censorship on domain name level and surveillance are problems being
faced by universities, homes and activists on a daily basis

Unfortunately the biggest problem is a "slow death" of internet in the
country w/ throttling and controversial commercial barriers slowly ending
connectivity possibilities
