I think a true example of what our internal documentary communication has to be. Very usefull above all for new folks to know what the Council and its works are about to choose suitable candidates for councilors position.
As this meeting happens once a month, keep this "sharing attitude" to help update ourselves on GNSO council work.

Dear all,
        Please find below the Minutes of the GNSO Council Meeting held on July 13th 2017. The Council meets once a month and this is a Staff Minute of the last meeting, It is a very well summarized  and full of useful links. Please don’t hesitate to ask me, or other Councilors if you feel more confident, for guidance in order to understand what the Council is, how it works and what is it working on. This document should tell you what the Council is working on, what has been decided, or not, in the last meeting and prepare you to follow on the next one.

        Councilors are always eager to hear your opinions and doubts on this matters, we represent you so is both our pleasure and our mandate.

        Be aware that next meeting is the 24th of August, meetings are public but only in listen mode, and documents and transcripts can always be read since they are public in the links inside the word.
