Nomination of Avri Doria as the chair of the NCSG

Dear Raoul,

Thank you for so much for nominating Avri.  An excellent choice indeed.
For all the reasons you listed, I am in total agreement, and will add some
personal notes as well.

Since joining NPOC almost three years ago, Avri has been so generous with
her time with me, always available to answer questions about the history of
NPOC in a positive way.  She wants NPOC to become a viable stakeholder in
NCSG, the ICANN ecosystem and thrive as a constituency

All nominated candidates may have the knowledge, skills and history of
ICANN policies and participation, however, the NCSG Chair also have the
duty and responsibility to be able to deal with both constituencies well.
Given her long ICANN experience and known support for NPOC, among many
other abilities, I support Avri Doria as Chair of NCSG.

Avri, I hope you accept this nomination.
