Two excellent Nominations for the chair of the NCSG: Avri Doria and Farzi Badii

I have to endorse both nominations, as both Farzaneh and Avri in my view 
are excellent candidates to lead us in the NCSG.  They both work 
tirelessly for us in so many different working groups and committees.  
They are both frank, honest, and thoughtful.  It is wonderful that we 
have such a strong field of candidates in this year's elections, as it 
augurs well for our future work.
