I want to express my public support to Martin's nomination. For no one is a secret that Martin has commitment enough to be a Councilior. And I have been working to his side learning a lot in the process. JUAN MANUEL ROJAS P.

I would also like to support Martin, he has been really pitching in to help at Council. In addition to that, I am really happy to support my fellow Canadian Michael Karanicolas, and colleague Tatiana Tropina, who bring a real range of new talents to our tasks. We have a great slate of candidates shaping up this year!! I also want to thank Stefania Milan for all her contributions, she has been a wonderful and collaborative colleague on Council, and while I am sorry to see her go, I understand that busy academics find the demands of Council quite heavy and inflexible in terms of time allocation. I hope we can keep her active on some of the policy issues! regards Stephanie Perrin

I also support Martin as councilor to the GNSO. His continuous effort to improve the inner workings of NPOC and his very good legal background makes him a great regional contribution from LAC to the GNSO.

I am pleased to support the nomination of Martin Silva, a strong activist for civil society. MArtin took the challenge of a Temporary Position at the GNSO Council with much vigour. This practical experience will definitely enable him to continue with the work of the GNSO.
As a lawyer, activist, leader and friend, Martin will make an excellent Councillor, I totally support his nomination.

I would like to nominate Martin for the GNSO council, because he has been working arduously for his temporary position there, just like he's been a tireless activist for NPOC for the last couple of years.
I've heard a lot of good feedback from other people of Martin's work for the short time he's spent in the council, and I have no doubts that he would carry on doing that, perhaps even with a little more understanding than previously, with the experience he's had there since the Copenhagen meeting.
Martin's strong background as a lawyer will obviously help him in conveying the issues at hand at the GNSO council, and in reporting back to the NCSG. He's also from South America, and I think the NCSG has no candidates to the GNSO council from there so far in this election. This would also help balancing the current geographic imbalance of the candidates to the GNSO so far.
