Election timeline

Dear Wisdom,  Thank you for your confidence in me and your many nice
comments, however I cannot take up the position of NCSG chair at this
time.  I have a very deep respect for those who have filled the position
which is very demanding in terms of its responsibility.  One of the factors
influencing this decision is Ghana's absence from the communication
platform which is used for many of the meetings. This has affected my
participation in meetings and will no doubt continue to do so. I wish all
the eventual candidates the best.
