ITEMS has shared a draft of the final report of the At-Large Review with the At-Large Review Working Party. The redlined version can be [found here](http://mm.icann.org/pipermail/atlarge-review-wp/attachments/20170421/b7cf87d9/At-LargeReview_draft_FinalReport_redline-0001.docx) (.docx file).

From what I can tell, two new recommendations have been added to the report. One of these recommendations calls for a further five rapporteurs to receive travel support to "contribute to ICANN’s plans for a demand driven multi sectoral approach to outreach, and learn from the work of the ICANN Global Stakeholder Engagement group".

What also stood out as I skimmed the report was that apparently there was "moderate / high" support for ALAC to gain access to a share of the new gTLD auction proceeds. I interpreted the submitted comments differently, and had thought there was, if anything, a moderate / high level of rejection for this idea... indeed the [staff assessment](https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/files/report-comments-atlarge-review-draft-report-10apr17-en.pdf) of the public comments said, "Responses to Recommendation #15 ranged from solid support to opposition, with the majority of commenters not in support of the recommendation."

That aside, I think this report is worth reading, and especially so if you did not read the earlier draft which the NCSG submitted a [formal comment](https://forum.icann.org/lists/comments-atlarge-review-draft-report-01feb17/pdfujiZVtzyUS.pdf) on.

Best wishes,
