Dear Farell,
I can venture to answer, Tapani can correct me if I am wrong. We are going to share the information and document to the group of volunteers to coordinate debate there how to move forward. The forms to apply the workshop are online in the IGF website, I guess we will be having them on one google docs to work them in the next week.
We first need to assemble this team of volunteer and finish the idea, give more detail and depth, then we are going to worry about the application itself. Regarding cybersecurity we have a lot of thing in ICANN, DNSEC being one of them, but we are not managing an specific list at least for now. I will let the tech-Cybersecurity experts in the NCSG to help us point out the best way to approach the issue in a icann relevant perspective.
Cheers,
Martín Silva
