My compliments to Michael Karanicolas on the report itself, it is really
excellent! You and your colleagues did great work here.
I made a few comments here and there, but having missed the discussion I
did not want to go too far. The "hotline" though, really needs work.
The Navex report made many excellent recommendations, is there any
possibility of revisiting after ICANN implements them, other than the
five year review you recommend? We need better mechanisms for
independent review of a number of issues, and certainly whistleblower
reports and potential appeals for retaliation are two that seem to leap out.
I am going to go back in and make further comments about the overall
difficulty of finding anything on the ICANN website. But thanks both
for this!!
