Dear Farzaneh
As a member of the subgroup I encourage you to respond. As you may know, however, from discussions in the group, there was a desire especially to hear directly from those who had been effected, not to the exclusion of second-hand sources, but as a bias in favor of primary information.
Paul

Subject: Domain name issues and jurisdiction: tell your stories
Hi everyone,
The jurisdiction sub-group at ICANN wants to hear the domain name issues that users might have faced due to ICANN's jurisdiction . Hence they have issued a questionnaire, with a set of questions:
Here is the link to the questionnaire, it is also translated into a couple of other languages.
<https://community.icann.org/display/WEIA/Jurisdiction+Questionnaire> https://community.icann.org/display/WEIA/Jurisdiction+Questionnaire
I want to respond to this questionnaire since I know about a couple of issues that others face. I don't know if it will be acceptable to the group of jurisdiction but I want to try. If you know of issues as well but you are unsure of whether they relate to the questions, I suggest you submit the answers regardless.
Best
Farzaneh
