Monthly ICANN Open Public Comments Reminder

Hi,

Thanks Matt for the drafting,
the deadline for submitting the comment is the 10th April and so we have a
short window to review, solve any concern and getting endorsed by NCSg
policy committee.
@everyone please review the statement and make your comments there.
