Report of the GNSO Council Meeting in Hyderabad (7 Nov 2016)

Hi,

+1 on both counts - gratitude to Sarah for the report and regular reporting of Council meetings. Earlier this year, the PC Chair asked that Councillors take turns doing this each month, but for some reason, it seems to have been discontinued.
