NCSG Leadership meeting with 3 ICANN Board members moved

FYI, NCSG leaders meeting with 3 board members time has been changed,
the new time is:

Saturday, 5 November 12:00 - 13:00 The NCSG leadership will meet with
the three Board members - MR 1.04

Note, this is officially closed meeting and the room is small,
we could squeeze in a few extra participants but not many.

Remote participation is available, however, so everybody can listen in.
