That is the reputed amount the Cuban artist is paying for the 70mb link 
to the studio and the Google equipment.
Since that cost per month is about four years salary for the average 
Cuban worker, that access is a dream for 99.9% of Cubans as well.
Having that financing and having that access requires friends in high 
places, both inside and outside Cuba.

/My links in community hot spots in Cuban were more in the 2mb range. /
