Update request on Auction proceeds drafting team

Dear James,

Good point. Im interested too from the point of view of the now 
generally called “underserved” areas.

Why we don’t make a check list of some of the non-PDP issues, like 
Auction Proceeds, and also Internet Governance, where the 
interface/overlap with the Board is obvious and put them all together in 
one basket with the name tag BOARD on it?
