Public Comment ICANN Fellowship program

Thanks for your work on this, Farzi.
It would be great to see an NCSG submission on this important issue. I have left
a few comments in the Google Doc and also responded to the consultation in my
personal capacity several weeks ago. In my view the proposed changes to the fellowship programme
by DPRD are excellent.
